  • Created the “Dealer Usage Trending Report”, a report that was used as the basis for determining levels of risk among dealers on our product.  This report became the basis for our risk assessment service model and is used nationally by the ICO team.

  • Achieved $57k in positive revenue growth for Trade-in Marketplace in the Georgia Region in my first year as a Product Specialist. This was the first positive growth year for TIM in this region in 3 years.
  • Designed and created the TIM Local Market Sheet to help show offer volume and various analytics in order to identify and drive sales opportunities. This version of the Local Market Sheet was adopted nationally and programmed into Microstrategies. This same version is still in use today.
  • Co-Creator of the “6-Square” sales strategy, which was developed to help target prospects for Trade-in Centers based on opportunity and market capacity. This strategy was rolled out nationally and I was subsequently responsible for training the other sales teams on how to use it. It was the sole focus of the TIM booth at Autotrader’s 2014 Annual Sales Event.
